Overall, this was the least pleasant car purchase experience I've ever had. The General Sales Manager and Sales Manager changed facts throughout the process, included one price on the phone, but a higher one in person. Inaccuracies like CHAR(34)Mitsubishi makes us charge the documentation feeCHAR(34) and CHAR(34)the free winter tires won't be offered past the end of NovemberCHAR(34) or, CHAR(34)the deal will never be betterCHAR(34) (it got better a week later) have left us feeling burned and disappointed. {CRLF}{CRLF}Since buying, I've called the dealership to ask a couple questions about the car, and no one calls me back. Compare this to when we were buying and they would hound us hourly. {CRLF}{CRLF} We're sure to share this experience of mitsubishi and the Carson Family with friends.
